We never saw a bill or what we owed for the beers or anything. The part that bothers me the most about this is we had our meal which was fine and a beer, and he took off with the slip and never came back.

I had nothing come up and what had been on my account was gone. went, on impulse with a friend a couple weeks ago and was shocked to see that it had changed owners or something and all the free play in the mailers I had were worthless.
I don't feel their slot card is worth much and you get almost nothing in return for your play, compared to Belterra, which is wonderful. We have gone to Scioto Downs off and on, since the beginning.
